I really feel like there is some reason behind why we didn't got to see molly visiting sherlock at hospital I can't help but wonder that after slapping him she maybe got embarassed and wouldn't face him :/ sherlock didn't even said bye to her :( I think he must have texted but we didn't got to see it either
