If there’s a speech verb, it’s not considered the start of a new sentence, so there shouldn't be a period in the quotes.

It seems that it's a common thing for the escorts to really just be poor Trinket clones, though it's not every story who outright admits this. Really, character development is key.

What disease does Septimus has that is slowly killing him, because that's kinda every disease if not treated.

Yeah, don't make it obvious that Fawn is super special that even the obvious cannon fodder district partner is pointing out how she'll win after seeing her for all of three seconds. Now, if he was just saying that to make her feel better, there needs to be more indication to this.

How does Saffra know Fawn has ITP? And yeah, realistically, Fawn has about as much chances as Septimus winning because she has to be very careful about injuries. It's making it painfully obvious that Fawn won't go through any challenges that people with ITP go through, especially if even her family can say she can murder children with no problems to get back home.
