This is fantastic. I've read a few different versions of this scenario, and this is my favourite one. I could really picture the characters. I liked the balance between humour and poignancy; just like in the show. I especially liked Sherlock's quick reply about John's ex-girlfriends:)

Okay, so let me say that this is the sort of thing I can totally imagine happened in canon. You kept them both beautifully in character and you expanded on events within the episode itself.

I also love the ending and the comments about Angelo bringing them candles. Does everyone in this show ship Johnlock? I mean - even Mary kinda does. ;P
