Wow, I liked this story. I would really love it if you did another few chapters of the same events but from Arthur’s POV and also from Uther’s. I think that would be really interesting.

I don’t really even mind that it was a general ending, though I would be interested in how life in Camelot continued after this event...

if i was in Arthurs place i think i would have slapped Merlin. how could he give up on life, on everything so easely. he could have freed himself at any moment but he choosed to die down there. it's an attempted sucide that he has done.

I really like this. It's written so well and realistically. I can't believe Merlin would just let Uther do that, but I can understand him doing anything and everything to save Arthur from a hurt.

I'm with the guest. It definitely looks like the cask of amontillado, with the walling in. So either you purposefully alluded to it, or your mind runs along the same lines as Edgar Allen Poe. Frankly my friend, I'd be scared for you if it's the second one, cuz that was one freaky dude. Either way though, you carried it off excellently, and even let Merlin live, which is more than I can say for the other fellow, so thanks!
