Excellent premise.
It was really choppy writing though.
So choppy it kind of killed the plot and beauty of the idea.
I think if you read more good quality books or fanfiction you will understand how to help characters flow in their movements and interactions. Writing is about being in the scene, not just saying what is there.
Keep working at it. You'll be perfect in no time.
