This is a truly amazing story... the amount of thought and effort you put into this, is breathtaking. You nailed the characters beautifully and the ending was perfect.

My only complaint would be that there is not more... I could read writing like this for ages. Great job!

What a lovely and well-thought-out story this is, each man tip-toe-ing around his own and what he supposes the other's cultural taboos to be, the obvious of the thing to the neighbor, and Esca so stuck on his idea of going home until at last he figures out that with Marcus he already *is* home.

Well done!
