WHAT A READ!

This is amazing! I didn't think I'd ever fall back to KakaNaru ever again (I once did. Time Travel fics where Naruto was a girl and Kakashi was young [Minato's time] is an amazing thing) but holy, SHIZ.

How you detailed their actions and the subtle, slow growth of their love was just! Jesus Christ

Especially the attempted assassination. Kakashi's desperate run to check on Naruto? Naruto thinking of Kakashi before and during and THEM MEETING IN THE ROOM WHILE KAKASHI TRIES TO BE ALOOF AND NARUTO'S MISSING HIMMMM

And then this last chapter. Frick man it's so intense and everyone's crying Owl's just "dude what the FRICK KAKASHI" and then Naruto's "DON'T DIE ON ME" and Kakashi's "haha let me just lay my life for you my love"

and then the confession HOH

And then ugh my heart. For real, man! This was an amazing read!

I really like how you incorporated other characters, but also made the two of them stand out in how they viewed each other. Kakashi made me laugh at his awkwardness, and Naruto at his less-than-pure thoughts.

I'm pretty sure I enjoyed this story quite much. The small moments that each other had made my heart constrict and then dance in a happy jig. Some of them were:
-Kakashi helping Naruto with the files for promotion, and Naruto's "he's...close omg" attitude
-Ramen for half the year, and "he remembered"
-"I DON'T WANT YOU TO BE MY BODYGUARD BECAUSE YOU MIGHT DIE-" after a few chapters "NO"
-Sakura pointing out the obvious when they were eating and her saying "Kakashi as a deterrent"
-Owl and him being "bro, you're obvious af to me" to Kakashi
-Naruto and his friends honestly
-Iruka's "so I'm glad you're /FRIENDS/ with Kakashi" there's that dad. We know he's a dad
-That room scene when they were with the Suna meeting

Also, that FINAL CONFESSION SCENE. I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH.

"I thought you had died." Confessing.
"I love you." CONFESSING
I NEVER HAD BEEN SO STOKE AND DEAD AT THE SAME TIME!

Frick! I love a good romance fic but I've never been so happy to see two characters that I love confess in a fic, like, EVER! The last time was in Percy Jackson's last book, The Last Olympian, and you know that took 5 books. This had the same effect on me. I don't know what to feel but frick bro, this was just amazing.

My heart is simultaneously screaming and trying to revive itself through all of the feels right now. Please god save me this author has killed me effectively lord

I know this fic is a bit old but,, sigh. I know a good story when I see one. I see this here. You're not here that much anymore, but just so you know, this story was really amazing.

I love KakaNaru stories and it's so hard to find a good one that's actually finished! I adored this! The way you writ's is beautiful!

You scared me for a second there! I was like, NO! This can't be it! You can't have him die! UGH. But, i am so glad it worked out in the end. I also love how none-romantic this was while still being, well about two people falling in love. I also loved the insight to Naruto's pov in such a mature but still Naruto-like way. We hardly see that ever happen. So thank you, also for Owl's pov at the end. It was nice seeing it from an outsider's pov. Though, i usually go for a more "detailed" declaration/confession of love this was a great read! Suited them both, with Kakashi it's naturally expected i think, but i liked that you incorporated it into Naruto's personality. I like to think that Naruto is a bit more quite and thoughtful when he's buy himself, and his loudness and brash self is just a cover for everything he's had to go through, while still managing to be quite optimistic, also he's much older which i guess would have something to do with it. Anyway, i just love how you wrote him as a whole. Thanks again! :D
