Sebastian and Mia were thrown for a whirl when they saw each other after five long years at Seb's. With Mia's new shoot lasting a year in L.A., how small could L.A. possibly get?

When it is time for Mia and Sebastian to chase their dreams, they let go of each other painfully. But will a chance meeting after a long period of oblivion be enough to re-kindle what they had? Or is it the flames never really died? Welcome to a La La Land story.

This one-shot scene takes place at the very end of "La La Land." It's right after Mia and Sebastian share that look. I wanted to write a scene where they actually spoke to each other that night at the club. Happy reading!

(Takes place after the movie marker, '5 years later') After 5 years for acting and moving around, searching for a place she could truly call HOME, Mia finds herself pulling away from a crowded highway and entering a restaurant. There she meets a person she never thought she would see again. (Sebastian/Mia, obviously)
