This story picks up directly from the last line of the 2001 movie "A.I.: Artificial Intelligence". David, the Mecha who wanted to be a boy, continues what some might call his life. I don't own these characters, and I've never been frozen in ice before (playing in a snow park doesn't count).

David has found his happiness. But what about Joe? Is there anything that will create a desire within him?

I absolutely loved A.I. through 95% of it. But; I really hated the ending of the movie. There was no truly happy ending for David and no justice for Joe. So, this is the ending I imagined for it. It has been on my mind since the movie was new. Now, I will share it with the world. There will be sequels.
