A massive space hulk has smashed squarely into a planet previously of little consequence to any race of faction. Inside this hulk, however, is a piece of technology that could change the face of the universe as it stands, an ancient Necrontyr ship with the highly advanced drive core still intact. However, not only are many of the factions and races warring over this priceless relic, the hulk itself seems to contain many small portals into the Warp, out of which stream daemon legions.

The 41st Millennium has closed with a violent end to everything. Everything was supposedly brought to an end. STC's... Once tools for Colonies to use during their establishment to quickly build themselves up. STC's contained all of the Practical and Technological knowledge of the entire Human Golden Age.. Weapons and War Mahines the likes of which have not been seen in the 40st century. While Damaged STC'a have been found, the holy Grail for the Imperium would be to find a intact STC... to restore itself to its former glory and crush the Emperors Enemy's once and for all.
