Set after Mega Man 10, Wily hasn't been seen since the Robofluenza outbreak. Dr. Light, believing that his old friend and enemy had given up on his world domination plots, reprogrammed his first children, and they have been working with their brothers, Mega Man and Proto Man to rebuild the city. However, unknown robots began attacking, with Wily's previous robot master's leading the way. Has Wily come back to take control?
