One evening after a storm, the bears find a young cub alone in the woods. They bring the little cub into their home, though the cub proves to be more trouble than it's worth. Cocoa has been Charlie's neighbor for a few days now, but everything changes when she meets her own kind, and doesn't fit in at all.

But, when something starts to melt Ice's barriers, the brothers are thrown into a wild chaotic mess. Ice will have to realize one thing: there is more than one pillar that holds up a family.
