I enjoy reading, but more than that, I enjoy stories and characters. If you want me to read your work just send it. I'm busy, so I might not get to it right away, but I also reserve the right to send back a work at any time. I prolly won't... but whatever. This could really turn into an essay, but I don't really want to write an essay, so this won't become an essay. I'll keep it short. I can be mean and brutal at times and I can sound all... nasty. But it's not you. I generally tend to focus on where you need improvement and not on what's really good. If I comment on the good, kudos. You impressed me.

I'll tell you what's on my mind. I'm incredibly candid and I'm not afraid to tell you what I think... At all. If I don't like your story, I'll tell you I don't like your story. I'm not going to say I won't lie to you (no writer can take 100% honesty, let's be real, here) but I will tell you everything you need to improve on.

I'm also good at what I know. I can keep you in line with characters you're writing that I've read or had in common. So I'll keep you grounded. w00t.

Ummmm... I don't write enough and I'm slow on the reading and responding. If you can wait (I'd be horrible at this) I can promise to get it back to you. Also, I have this desire to press you to read my stuff. It's all about reciprocity... And if you don't know what that is, look it up. It's the biggest word I use.

Ummm... I'm not impartial to much... I'm not a HUGE fan of AU, but if you think yours is the AU to read (I have some, so I know that that's like) I'll read it. But... honesty, remember?

Stories? Ummm... Harry Potter, Star Wars, Star Trek, comics (anything comics), Veronica Mars, Buffy, Angel, Firefly (but watch your AU-ness you Browncoats. I like my verse shiny), Battlestar Galactica... Basically anything that's generally nerdy, if it conflicts, chances are I'm going to get to it eventually and I'll tell you and put it on my "to-do" list.

Ummm... I won't read anime. I'm sorry, I'm not up on it, so don't ask. Also Crossovers (unless your metaphors work) just... ehhh..... Not for me. If you ask and I say "ooooo" I'll read, but come on... We really don't need to see a Batman/Golden Girls crossover. Not fun, guys. Not fun. Play it sane.
