I have a keen eye for grammar. I make suggestions for how work can be easier for a reader and I ask permission before I change anything. Since I have decided to become a writer professionally, I am more critical and need to fully understand motivation of every character in an author's story. |

When I first created a beta profile, I mentioned I had always done well in English. Over time, my skills have developed and now, my strength is fully understanding a character's mindset. I always look for a theme in the writing. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I cannot beta-read myself because I read what I wanted to say instead of what is actually on the page. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
I love reading prequel or sequel stories, but as long as the story is on a movie/television show/musical I love, I would not mind betareading it. |
Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
I will not beta-read slash or any hint of slash (no offense), and I will not read stories that do not contain characters from the specific category. I also will refuse to read strange pairings like Joe/Mia from Princess Diaries or from any category. I am a little bit on edge about crossovers, but will consider. |
