I've had plenty of practice proofreading and revising my own work, plus the work of my sister and some friends. As well as writing for a hobby, I spend a lot of my free time reading and love to analyze every form of storytelling I can get my hands on because creativity is one of the most amazing talents humans have. I'm analytical by nature so I can easily yet thoroughly examine a work and find not only its faults but it's strong points. I'm also good with characterization/character voice, syntax, and continuity. Because of how much I read as a hobby I've also picked up on what some cliches/overused tropes are and would be able help identifying such problems, but will be able to suggest where the base idea could be taken in a more unique direction. Also ready and willing to do research to check accuracy.

Personally struggle with verb and tense confusion, and my vocabulary has a lot to be desired. I also have a lot to learn when it comes to science and history so I'm not the best choice for stories that rely on those topics. More than anything, my biggest weakness is that I tend to work slowly.

I like stories that aren't trying to be like everything else, so if you think you have something new and different bring it over. I love character-based plots most of all, especially when focused on friend & family relationships. As this is what I mostly write for myself I believe this is what I'd be most helpful with.

PWPs (porn without plot), crossovers, any instance of character bashing (especially when aimed towards female characters). Not overly interested in "darkfic/grimdark" style at the moment, but am still willing to take a look at if you need help.
