I like to read everything as closely as I can just to make sure I do my best job. I'm very friendly and I love reading others works. I personally have written more than posted and I don't always have the time to write (reading takes less time because that's someone else's creativity...I'm just enjoying it. Lol.) I'm really strong at reading and being constructive and not making it seem like it's bashing or anything like that. I'm all for good, honest, CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.

Not especially really. I like many things. If I don't know it I'm happy to learn it! I'll get more specific later most likely as I'm new to doing this officially rather than just on a case by case "Hey can you edit this?" "Sure!" Basis.

None that I can think of. There are always some horrible pairings that no one really likes but some people have the URGE (that must be controlled...) to post those. ^_^
