Me as a beta-reader, have done many betas for some fics that are now puplished, i like the angst, drama and horror or any good plotted fic to read and beta. i don't have an exact style, i just correct the spelling mistakes and grammar ones, add missing words, or re-type something that was written wrong without the person realizing it and i put the actual thing they were trying to say. i do add a note at the end of the file of the changes i made and ask them to remove the note upon updating.
i expect from the person that wishes for me to beta their fic to be a normal or non English speaker so it's no problem with me, also i can beta read in both English and Arabic languages. also i expect from the person to be on date on what we do together, that's all.

My strength is correcting sentences and words, as well as the grammars mistakes.
another, which i'm not sure where to write here or the weakness one, is that i give my advice on changing some things in the story details if i found it bad.

i'm not sure about this one, i think it would be the need to change some words to other BIG words but finding non in my mind's vocabulary.

Please, i only take the fics that deals with the characters i like. i like the fics to be horror, angst, drama and good plotted.

NO male/female or someone/OC i really, REALLY hate those. i like shounin ai, but i HATE some shounin ai couples such as Kai/Takao.. i HATE Takao, a friend of Kai no problem but NEVER his lover, just plain gross.
an important thing, i'd REALLY be annoyed if someone who i have been beta-ing for would discontinue the fic.
i also hate pointless oneshots, i more like the long fics.
you may add OC sometimes, but DON'T make them the hero if they were female, i HATE that too.
