As a beta, I'm very picky about spelling and grammar, however I'm more interested in tone and scene. If I can read it, we're half way there. I'm not the fastest, but I'll give an honest opinion, and hopefully help you create an amazing story.

If it's good, I'll tell you, but if a section is weak I'll suggest ways of strengthening it. I use different colour font or highlight when editing, so you can see what section I'm talking about and what changes (if any - sometimes I highlight to show how much I like a section) I would suggest.

I'm really good with humour fics, tone and setting. Using a repetitive word? I'll find you another, or ways to change the sentence/paragraph. I can also Britpick - writing a Harry Potter fic but not sure about a few British quirks? I'm your girl!

Slow to reply after getting the first draft. It's something I'm trying to make better with practice. I can also be a bit rude if it's a fic that's all over the shop; I don't mean to be, but it comes out and I don't mean it in such a terrible way. Again, it's a negative that I'm working into making a positive.

I prefer humour over angst or whump (although, if there's a happy ending I tend to muddle through). I will beta fics that are in the fandoms above but not the above ships.

I will not beta rape fic. Nope, no way. Hard no.

Not a massive fan of baby fic or first person fic, but, depending on the request, could be persuaded.
