My style of betareading is simple. I read over your chapter and weed out the spelling or grammar mistakes. I also make suggestions to make your text more effective, like using italics or bolding some texts, etc. Also, I re-write sentences or paragraphs that doesn't make much sense.

I am quite meticulous with spelling and grammar. I read over chapters at least twice and try to weed out the mistakes as much as I can.

Nobody's perfect- there are some times when I miss the mistakes due to my poor eyesight. However, I correct my mistakes if I spot them some other day.

I would prefer to beta-read stories that have interesting plots. I don't mind slash or yaoi. In fact, I love them! ^.^

I would rather not beta-read stories that have pairings like Snape/Harry or Lucius/Draco. (No offense to people who like these ships.) The mental images make me shudder.
