I've been reading books and now fanfiction nearly every day since hitting middle school. In terms of being a betareader, I can do anything between simple grammar and spelling checks: to full-on Paragraph structure, story structure, plot errors, sentence arrangement, dialogue styles, and more. I'm willing to work with the author and have conversations about what they're trying to get across in a scene or chapter, help them put their vision together in a way that is pleasing to read.

I've seen things in all colors of the quality rainbow, from English as a third written language to should-be-published. I notice the mistakes some people forget about; things like how a paragraph should be written out or how dialogue is meant to be displayed visually, how to avoid making characters share personalities on accident.

I've yet to do any beta-ing as of this profile update, so I'm still untested. And I may have more critique on the actual plot than some authors would want. If you try to write something really stupid, I will call you out on it.

I like gamer stories, those can be pretty cool to arrange. I like Harry Potter as well. Reincarnation, time loops, or isekai-style is something I see a lot of avoidable errors in and would be happy to correct.

NO YAOI. Look, I'm not going to kinkshame, but keep me away from your Naruto/Sasukes, Harry/Snapes, and Jaune/Ozpins.
