After completing many editing courses and having declared myself an English major, I'd love to spend some of my time beta reading fanfitions. It will help me work out my skills as well as help other writers become better at realizing their own mistakes.

Fluidity of writing Character development/Emotion Spelling/Grammar mistakes

I speak more then two languages, so sometimes I will see a word that looks similar to something in a different language aside from English, and I'll change it to that instead. I can normally catch these mistakes when I reread the sentences, but sometimes a few foreign words will slip though. I won't beta in any other language but English, as I feel my proficiency in other languages is sub par at best, and I could be of no help. Perhaps later in my life, but now English will be my only available language.

I'd prefer to beta stories that aren't too far from the canon or canon pairings. I'll read AU stories as long as they have fully developed plot lines and characters that resemble the ones originally created.

Extreme AU stories, stories with shallow plots, one-shots.
