The written word is my passion. As a result, I have always had an intense love of reading, and writing, Editing comes naturally to me. I find myself mentally critiquing the spelling and grammar of everyday things around me; billboards, magazines, textbooks, television credits, whatever.

Bearing that in mind, I acknowledge that every writer has their own style, and I respect that. If I find that the flow of a sentence is odd or doesn't quite match with the rest of what is being said, I will mark this and ask if this was intentional. If it was, I will work to keep the integrity of the author's intent. If given the green light, I will change it to something that I find has a better flow.

I am quick to spy spelling errors. If a typo exists, I will find it.

I am very thorough in my beta work, and tend to obsess over the task at hand until I think perfection has been achieved. Due to this, it may take a bit of time to get back to the author (a few days or so), depending on how large the piece is.

I'm open to pretty much anything.
