I'm more of a grammar-and-spelling type of beta-reader, but I try to give good feedback on story plots and so on. I expect anyone who uses me to pm me frequently, either about the story I'm betaing for you, or to tell me that you're going to be a bit late on getting a chapter written. I really just expect to have an open beta-author relationship with the author I'm betaing for.

I think that I'm pretty good at checking for and catching grammar and spelling mistakes.

I'm weaker at telling you what's wrong plot-wise with your story, but I'm working on getting better at that.

I would adore to beta Harry Potter, Doctor Who, or Torchwood stories, but am not against betaing any other genres. If I don't know the television show, or movie, or so on that you're writing about, I'll give it my best to beta your stories still.

I probably wouldn't beta incest or graphic sexual scenes. That's about it.
