I expect that anyone who contacts me for beta-reading be able to communicate freely and regularly so that I may discuss your story and offer inputs.

Apart from this, I will also consider beta reading Hindi and Marathi stories, but I can give no guarantee.

Innovative ideas and descriptive prose are my strengths. I can compose poetry as well, even if only a slightly lower scale. Thus, those are things I can definitely help out with!

I often mix up American and British English. Also, slang words may sometimes not register to me, unless they're fairly common in their usage.

Mystery, Crime and Romance are the genres I'd prefer. Also, if you are in need of a complete revision, with corrections needed to be made in every other sentence, I'd ask you not to contact me - but instead, employ a grammar correction tool [Grammarly]. I am here to beta your work, not completely rewrite it for you.

This is not meaning to be rude, but it is always easier to beta work that has the basics of punctuation and grammar down. If I must capitalize the start of every sentence and add commas before a quotation mark, then I'd hardly call it "beta reading".

I will completely refuse all works that I have not specified in my list - please do note that any fandom I am unfamiliar with is something I won't beta for.
