I am a fairly new beta-reader, but I believe I have potential. I can detect grammatical and spelling errors and will attempt to clarify unclear sentences, but I will not discard your identity as a writer. Writers all have their own styles and it would be terrible of me to take that away from them. Because of the fact that I have not done much beta reading before, I don't really know who I am as a beta-reader, but I will learn.

I am an A plus student in English and an avid reader. I am also the chief editor of my school's newsletter. I understand a fair amount of writing styles and know how to work with them. I can also see informational errors to some extent, depending on the context. I believe I am very thorough, as I make it a game to find mistakes in nearly perfect stories.

I am inexperienced, but willing to learn. I sometimes mix up homonyms, because homonyms are annoying, but it's mostly when I am writing and not when I am revising, but it is an issue of mine. As a writer, I'm really bad. Not that my grammar is bad, I'd say it's pretty good. But I just end up not being able to continue projects that I start. But I don't think that will be much of a problem for me as a beta-reader, because I will be improving on existing work, not thinking of my own input.

I prefer to beta stories that are femslash and part of fandoms I enjoy. You may check my profile to see which fandoms I like. But, I am open to new suggestions.

If it's femslash and part of the fandoms I like, then I don't really mind much. I guess I don't like poetry, and crack. But horror, angst, smut, whatever it's fine.
