I believe writing is a talent that should be shared and isn't going to be perfect the first time through. Proofreading as well as feedback from other writers is key to improving writing. Most of all, I love encouraging new writers into becoming the best that they can. If you need help with plot first, I won't say anything about grammar or spelling. Why polish a scene you're not even going to keep? That's for last round editing and I like being in on the initial creative processes more than nitpicking. My forte is character-driven drama-fests with a splash of action-adventure.

I have a 4yr degree in English and editing. I also have the ability to put things in a positive light. I will help fix a problem, but I will not be mean about it. I'm willing to assist with plot ideas, character interaction, dialogue, and grammar. Additionally, I will aim to teach those who need it some of the tricks I use to edit and write. I'm really great at helping people who are stuck with plot problems.

I sometimes lack time to read stuff, so if it takes a bit of time for me to get back to you, please don't get angry, just know that my real life comes before fanfiction. I'll do my absolute best to not keep you hanging.

I prefer imaginative writing and Action-Adventure stories in the series I've written stories in (kingdom hearts and ff7 especially). If English isn't your first language and your grammar isn't perfect, that's alright. I'm happy to read what you've got and help with grammar, as long as you spell checked it. Generally I can figure out what you meant by context clues and if I can't, I'll ask for clarification.

I cannot stand out of character pairings and I'll let you know if I think the characters are OOC. I'll do my best to help you get the characters back IC and still get the pairing you want. But if you have to break someone in order to fit them with someone else... please don't. Do not use chat-speak in your writing. I think that's lazy. Grammatical errors in dialogue is okay though. USE Spell check! Even if spell check corrects a word with the wrong word that is spelled correctly, that's alright, but I will not wade through ten pages of squiggly red underlines! If your story is a "Retelling of the first season of _Blank_ with X character being gay/gender switched/blind/with a twin" I don't want to see it. Even though I've kind of written a couple of those, I'm not proud of them.
