I have been MIA for a while but have returned! So far I have only beta'ed HP fanfics but I'm willing to look at any other fandoms I'm familiar with or any original works you might have.

I won't ever say I hate a story, though there are some genres I find hard to read. Any changes I feel could improve a story that aren't spelling or grammatical errors are inserted as comments. I use the reviewing toolbar if using a compatible version of Word, otherwise I show deletions in (these brackets), [changes in these] and {comments in these}.

My spelling and most of my grammar is strong. I can help with characterisation and plot once I become familiar with the story. Stuck for a word, need advice? put a comment in brackets after the problem sentence/word/paragraph and I'll come up with some suggestions and/or comments to help you.

My weaknesses in grammar are more in formal writing, which is different to creative writing. I tend to take a bit of time to return chapters as I read each paragraph about four or five times before moving on to the next.

I don't really have preferences in stories as long as it has a good plot and written to be believable. If I see problems in these areas I will always comment on it and give some suggestions for improvement.

There are two criteria for stories that I will not touch. One is a rating higher than M15, the other is slash content unless tastefully done.
