I love to read other people's fanfic. As a writer myself, I know how hard the process of story writing can be, and I am very supportive of my fellow writers! As a Beta Reader, however, I can be particularly tough. I want to make sure the story is as well-said as it can be, that way when other people read it, they won't cringe if they find an error in grammar. This often distracts many readers from reading that particular story, no matter how well-written the rest of it is. That said, I believe most writers want their Betas to be both tough and supportive, because the very process of choosing to use a Beta Reader is indication of the writer's desire to improve their work.

I'm really good at nit-picking words that aren't very strong and substituting them for words that flow better. I'll help you make your writing come to life with a more colorful word choice. I'm also really good at punctuation and grammar. If you need help describing certain events in your story, or would just like someone to bounce ideas off of, I can lend a hand there as well!

Sometimes I can get distracted and might give you feedback within either a few days or a week, usually depending on my schedule. You'll have to bear with me on this XD I also kind of get lost when it comes to "rules" and "guidelines". I like to follow my own writing style and tend to lose some of the characterization. When this happens, I backtrack and read the story how it first came without any critiques or suggestions, and start fresh. This helps me stay focused on the storyline and how the characters act.

I'm open to reading pretty much anything, but I especially love reading anything Greys Anatomy, Castle, or Once Upon A Time. Also, I'm a big fan of Harry Potter and Doctor Who :)
