Me as a beta reader? Well, I am brutally honest and like to nick pick. I'll tell you like it is, and I ask that you're willing to accept criticism, which I assume you are, since you're asking for a beta-reader.

I excel at spell checking, plot issues, and characterization. I have experience as an actor, so I'm more in tune with how a story should flow and how characters could be portrayed. I typically notice misspellings in other people's works rather quickly, and I frequently edit papers for my peers. If accurate portrayal of ballistic weaponry (i.e. GUNS) is a concern of yours (odd as that is), I can also definitely give you a more knowledgeable opinion.

I am not the best with grammar. I'll correct the basics, but the more advance stuff may be lost on me. The same also goes for the super specifics of fiction's universe. I cannot correct you on how much a spaceship should weigh, or whose president of Galargron IV, or what happened in that one specific episode, or what have you.

ANY Five Nights at Freddy's stuff, since that's my jam. I also love humorous stories, and meatier dramas from most other types. I enjoy Team Fortress and Left 4 Dead stuff, as well as Halo and Star Wars.

NO constant sex stories, NO "sob stories" (where the character is constantly abused, victimized, injured, depressed, etc.), NO My Little Pony anything (It could be Pulitzer Prize winning, and I won't touch it with a ten foot pole. That has a bayonet on the end. And is on fire. I don't care that you like it, but I just do NOT understand its appeal). No Anime, I'm not familiar at all with the genre and never really liked it (go ahead, hang me now). I also know next to NOTHING about Marvel or DC superhero stuff, other than Marvel makes better movies. That's about it.
