Hello, Hikari here. I have been a member of Fanfiction for quite a few years and have written many stories, most of which are centered around the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! My passion lies in writing and reading stories and I have some previous experiece beta-ing a friend's RENT story. When I review a story, I generally look for grammatical errors within the body of work and how smoothly the plot flows. If something does not 'fit', I will not hesitate to tell you and make recommendations. I do not flame, I merely give constructive criticism. I recieved some myself when I first began writing and it helped me immensely.

I feel that I tend to excel in grammar skills and sentence structure. I use a variety of words so as to avoid repetition (eg. inquired, exclaimed, etc).

I really have a difficult time starting a story and ending it; I need to find a 'catchy' way to grab the reader's attention. However, once I overcome that roadblock, I can't stop writing.

I prefer anime/manga stories (if I have seen the anime or read the manga). I am currently in a Yu-Gi-Oh roleplay group, so that is one of my passions. My other (two) 'obsessions' are Loveless and Gravitation. I absolutely adore Yaoi. ^^ But if you have other stories, please feel free to ask me and I will gladly tell you whether or not I am familiar with the topic. I'm not picky. :P I just like to help out others. ^^
