I’ve done some beta reading before and I generally enjoy it. I am average at spelling and grammar, but my real skills are more focused around getting your characters sounding right and in character.

As I mentioned before, I’m great at spotting OOC and pointing them out. I can help with dialog to keep your character sounding real. If you need someone to tell you if your story sounds plausible, I’m here to help! I can also point out when scenes are too rushed or if you need a bit more description.

My weakness is… spelling and grammar. I can usually pick up the mistakes and fix them, but I might not be able to explain exactly what’s wrong.

I prefer one-shots, but I will take on the longer fics, so feel free to ask me! I also love romance, but I’ll take most any genre.

Non-spell checked fics. I understand the ones that spell check doesn’t catch, but don’t send me something with fifty thousand simple mistakes. I expect you to care enough about your story to do the basics.

I would prefer to avoid AUs, but contact me anyway - I'll look over it and see if I'd be willing to.
