I love to read very much (often reading a few books a month and rereading them in the same). Generally when reading someone else's work I can spot mistakes that are made. I find it easier to find mistakes in other's works than my own.

I tend to miss mistakes in my own work. Also, if I get to into a story, then I will sometimes accidentally skip over mistakes.

Any stories that include a little bit of romance and/or humor. I can basically read any stories and beta them, but if the story is completely depressing and dramatic with no comic relief, I find it hard to understand.

I tend to avoid stories that include over the top theatrics. I will attempt to read something, but if i don't like it, then I wouldn't be a very good beta. Stories that go at a slower pace often make me want to rip my hair out and make it harder for me to proof. Sorry about that.
