Hi, I'm a 14 year-old who would either like to be an author or an editor. I'm a total grammar nazi, and correct my friends all the time. I feel that if I do decide to pursue the editor career choice, then this will be be excellent practice for me. Also, I want to help other writers improve! As a writer myself, I know from reading others' work, and of course from being critiqued on my own, I have definitely improved far more than I ever thought I would.

When I edit a story for a friend, I read once to understand the situation, then again for spelling. Third will be grammar, and the fourth is to actually enjoy the piece! I feel that my strengths lie in spelling and proper sentence structure/basic grammatical structure.

My major weakness would be confusion of the tenses. Honestly, it's the one part of English class I never got. Help is welcome! ;) Other than that, I can go a bit comma crazy, of course, I don't put them where they shouldn't be. I really don't know of other weaknesses, you can feel free to tell me!

Well, I of course prefer story types that I've written myself, so basically anything romance, mystery, angst, suspense. Those sort of genres have always piqued my curiosity, of course with the whole fantasy thing thrown in!

As a general rule, I really don't usually like slash, or AU non-canon fics. But for every rule, there had to be an exception, like if I REALLY like the pairing such as MMAD ;). Also, horror, depending on the type isn't really something I love so much.. That's all, bai! \(•.•)/
