I'm one of those hard, honest beta-readers. I pick apart stories, analyze word choice, and expect the writing I review to have been treated with the same reverence that I will. I don't want half polished, spelling error riddled stories. Show me how much you care by giving me something you've put your care into, and I will treat it with the utmost honor in my review. I will be honest, critical, and thorough. My reviews are not meant to be personal, though I'm all to aware of just how intimate and sensitive some writers can be. I'm not for the thin of skin, the immature, or those just looking for another reader. I like conversation, discourse, and well rounded characters. Complete and interesting worlds will draw me in and emotional plots are my weakness. Throw in some beautifully written smut, and I'll be devoted to your cause.

For a very long while, I considered myself a world builder before a writer. I enjoy the intricacies of strange cultures, the miscommunication between species, and the personification of monsters that go bump in the night. I revel in the taboo, the unknown, and I enjoy the thrill and spice of mature writings. I have an awe for a story that can draw out a plot and I enjoy being a sounding board of ideas.

I can be overly critical of points and do not accept 'hand waving' of facts. Even in fantasy and science fiction, it still has to -make sense-. I'm a stickler for it. Be that as it may, I am lacking in my own ability to create long, drawn out plots though I'm willing to help people attempt their own.

I want mature stories. I can't handle kiddie romances or an abuse of the 'fade to black' sort. If you're going to write something that has adults toying around with each other under covers, I want to read it. And if it includes monsters toying around with humans or other monsters under the covers, give me some sweet, sweet detail! In short, I want mature stories of an adult, though not necessarily purely, smutty nature.

I'm not a fan of crime drama or mysteries. They don't hold my attention long enough for me to give an honest review of them.
