I would like to assist in finding a balance in other's stories and help to bounce potential ideas when unsure of what to do. I have recently started writing again and I my favorite thing to do right now is make characters/situations more relatable, believable, and realistic. As fun as it is to fuel stories with guilty pleasures of fantastical adventures, I think the best stories have a solid foundation for how the world of the story works.

I also like to assist with increasing the descriptive passages of writings. However, I only want go as in depth as someone is comfortable with, so if you don't want me to touch something, you have my word you won't. I could instead provide just feedback if you wish.

I can either completely rewrite a section of your work to give a different perspective on how I would write it or just provide feedback on what improvements can be made as well as things I really enjoy about your writing. Whatever assistance you're looking for, I would love to have a discussion about it to know just what you're needing.

I have the most experience writing from a first person perspective as a female as well as some experience with a third person perspective. I also like to focus on making a character relatable, bringing their weaknesses to light just as much as their strengths.

First person writing from a male perspective. Though I have been trying to work on it, it's something that could still use some work.

Overly expressive character reactions (such as characters responding with their eyes). In professional writing, it's better to use "said" more often than not and I am still learning how to efficiently do that in my own writing.
