I have been a member on Fanfiction since November 6, 2012. I stumbled on Fanfiction, and didn't have clue on what it was. I soon became addicted, and decided to create an account. I read different stories and pairings, trying to understand where the author is coming from. When I read fanfictions for the first time, I look at the summary, and assuming that I like it, I read the story. The first time around, I don't pay attention to grammar - I just really focus on the character development and the formatting. I'd appreciate it if anyone who is considering me for a beta reader to please look through my other stories, and see my formatting, and how I write as an author. I have few requirements - please know that I am busy - I have other priorities (robotics, school, family, etc.) and I'd appreciate it if you wait at least 24 hours before spamming me :) I love both one-shots and multi-chapter stories. One requirement for if I beta for a multi-chapter is that you don't stop in the middle of the story. I realize all of you are busy, but please don't go on a 5 year hiatus, making people wait. If you do that, please be willing to let other people "adopt" it. :) when I beta read, it is similar to my process when reading any other stories. I like reading through it at least 4-6 times, jotting down a few things that you could work on.

There are many things I do well at when it comes to beta reading, but the best thing I do is being able to detect any punctuation errors. With that, if you are using an OC, I will be able to tell you if it's to "Mary Sue" for readers and how you could fix that. Also...I am very fluent in Latin. If you write stories in the Latin language (it's a dead language, but I personally love it), I'd be happy to beta it! :)

I don't have many weaknesses (I'm not trying to make it come off like I'm perfect), but a thing I have a habit of doing is falling in love with a pairing, and then putting those stories with those pairings as a priority. I'll be fair, but my main concern is that I won't be able to beta certain stories, due to my hate for the pairing. I assure you that I will not show favoritism, but I think it's appropriate that you be aware of that. Also, I am in the middle of writing a slash story on mibba, and I am currently exploring the joys of slash! So, I do accept slash, but please know if I offer a critique on something involving slash, please don't think I'm a slash-hater!

I like everything - from slash to rated M stories. :) after reading all of what I've read, I don't think I can be prejudice to anything! :)
