I am typically a serious person when it comes to betareading, but do have a fun side. I will not flame, because flames get you no where, but I will provide the constructive criticism that we all need in order to grow as a writer. I'll ask you if you need assistance in your work, but ask what you want the feel of it to be. I'm pretty open to ideas and will respect your thoughts, and try not to shoot an idea down before I give it a chance. I will respect you as a writer, but I expect you to do the same. I won't let you walk all over me, but don't be afraid to ask for my opinion on something, or need me to help you write a scene you're having trouble with. I only ask that you make an effort before I touch something up. (is it obvious my mom is a teacher? I'm starting to think I sound like her, ;D)br /br /

I've had experience with beta reading my friend's work, on other sites. (meaning multiple stories for friends, cousins, and a sibling) Some have been original stories, others were fanfictions like Legend of Zelda, Hetalia, and Naruto. Those I have the most experience in, however I've done a Warriors and One Direction Fan Fiction as well.

My strengths? Well, I'm told I can describe things well...if not too much. I'm good at battle-fight scenes that require any form of weapon (including fists and feet) I'm over imaginitive, and enjoy looking what's around me to inspire it. I have random knowledge that helps in cases of stories, and will do research on subjects before I give it off as something worth publishing. I'm pretty good at dry humor, puns...and sarcasm when needed.

Poetry. I'm okay at it but...it just doesn't click. Heavy romantic scenes have never worked for me, I can't create a base to go off of. But when given a base to go by I can easily flesh it out into something surprisingly good. (I'm asexual so I'm a bit squeamish)

I'm better at fantasy/Sci-Fi, family, fluff, hurt-comfort, angst and adventure when it comes to genres...

I'm not one that particularly likes paranormal, heavy smut, incest or noncon.
