Well, I pretty much look over anything you send me, and help out with general things like spelling and grammar, by adding little notes to your work. I'm also open to helping with plot lines or offering a second opinion, or anything else you may need help with. Basically, let me know what you want me to do and I'll try and do it the best I can. I also happen to speak both English and French, so if you're looking for help translating a story from one language to the other (though preferably French to English), then I'd be more than willing to help you out with that.

Um, well I guess spelling and grammar as I said before, and helping out any way I can. I won't overstep (and don't hesitate to tell me if you feel that may be the case), but I won't undermine you and your work by saying, "Everything is perfect!" because if that were the case, you wouldn't be seeking the help of a beta-reader. I'll also try to get the work done as fast and efficiently as possible.

My weaknesses may be that I'm a little unsure at first about approaching another's work, and am constantly afraid I may be overstepping my bounds. However, the more I get to know the author and their way of writing, and what they consider 'okay' and not, I can find a system that works for both of us.

Well, obviously I prefer the stories that come from the fandoms I have listed (though I'm sure I'll add more as I think of them). Otherwise it really depends on the kind of story you're writing. I always find AUs fun, but I'm up for practically any story that catches my attention.

I mean, there are a few things I'd prefer not to beta if the story gets into it too much, but it really depends on your story, so let me know and I'll tell you right off the bat whether or not it bothers me.
