Hi I'm MimiBlue! I'm looking forward to beta-reading for you guys! I will pretty much beta-read anything, but there are some things I would really rather not do. I'm usually very up-front, and I don't like beating around the bush. I'll tell you what I think, plain and simple, and provide all my edits and, if asked, a reason explaining why I think they should be fixed. I can do both one-shots and multi-chapter fics. Anime and K-dramas, (and certain video games) only please!

I think sentence structure/ story flow is one of my stronger points. Questions I ask while re-reading/editing: Does it flow smoothly? Are the characters out of character? Is there a good transition between this part and that part? More description/detail? I want the story to grab me instantly, and wow me afterwards. I'm generally good with Romance, Angst, Family, etc. I'm also pretty decent with grammar/spelling etc.

Sentences that are like "She said "Hi!" She had bright orange hair, green eyes, and she was wearing a red dress. She has an outgoing personality and she loves to read." are VERY boring to me. So if you send me something like this, I will probably not read it through. Also (this is a major problem I'm trying to fix) I tend to drop fanfictions quickly if they don't instantly grab me from the very beginning. I also skim. But I am working on this! Comma placement is also a glaring weakness I'm trying to overcome. Also don't do too well with Humor, Action, Parody, etc.

I generally prefer Romance stories and that is one of my strongest points! Angst, Tragedy, Romance, are all the things I am most comfortable working with. Will beta for any show, but preferably ones i have watched and are more knowledgeable about. Lemons are even better. No yaoi though. (see my profile for stuff I like, there are more shows i have watched, but those are the ones I would want to beta for the most) Please send some Saber X Gilgamesh fics my way! :D

PLEASE no Yaoi/Yuri. I also don't really like AU's, but I will do them! About OC's, if they are a minor character, then that's fine, but if they're the major character, and the main love interest and such, I really dislike that. :/ I don't really like beta-ing for humor, parody, action/adventure, etc.
