Sometimes I'll be reading a fanfic with great humor, characterization, and plot, but there are so many spelling and/or grammatical mistakes that it throws me off completely, and that makes me sad! I want to read those funny, interesting fanfics without the distraction of the spelling. I want to polish everyone's stories until they shine.

What I'm really good at is spelling and grammar. Even simple typos you might have missed usually jump out at me. What I'm really looking to do is copy-edit: fix the small details so the overall piece looks even better.

Real editing is a bit beyond me. I can point out most issues with sentence structure, but I start getting lost when it comes to plot details and characterization. If you want a serious beta who can cut your writing to shreds, you might be looking in the wrong place.

Obviously there are a lot of canons I have never read or seen, but I don't want that to stop me! I would like to beta anything, from a thirty-thousand word epic to something short you wrote up last night and aren't sure is even good. If it doesn't look good to you, I want to help you make it look good.

I am not only accepting requests of what you see listed below! Those are just a few of the things I am actually familiar with, but I can check the spelling of anything no matter what the canon.

You know, I can't think of anything off the top of my head! I am not exactly a fan of violence, be it sexual assault or other things, but as long as your fic isn't pages upon pages of brutal violence, I think we can work it out!
