As a general rule, I'm a pretty relaxed beta-reader. I will say I focus more on grammar/spelling. characterization and writing style than plot... I will take on pretty much anybody, but because of my studies, I won't be able to respond right away. I usually reply within two days (except when I'm having a week of miderms then it'll take longer.) I beta in french and english!

I would say I'm good when it comes to grammar and spelling. I'm also very good at spotting out of character moments. Je suis assez sévère en français sur la grammaire et l'orthographe. Cependant, pour les besoins du style d'écriture, je laisse souvent passer certaines choses.

My weakness? Probably how to properly write dialogue? I never know how to introduce them, how to finish them. Don't even get me started on punctuation with dialogues. However, if you're problem is the fluidity in conversations between characters, I can help you. Je ne suis probablement pas la meilleure personne à consulter si vous avez des problèmes de dialogue (comment les insérer, la ponctuation après un dialogue, etc.). Par contre, si c'est simplement un problème de fluidité dans une conversation entre personnages, je peux vous aider.

Of course, I prefer reading stories about couples I actually ship, but I'll read almost any pairing.

If you're asking me to betaread Rysposito couple stories, I probably won't accept. I love their friendship too much for that. Beckett/Alexis couple fics, really really not my thing (GAH I see them more as sisters if anything!). Please, don't make me read that. OCs are cool for me as long as they are not the main character. (except if it's like an AWESOME OC that just fits perfectly with the other characters)
