As a beta-reader, well I've been told I'm anal retentive but not to the point where I'm consumed by it. I tend to reread a writing over and over again just to make sure the way I read it now is just as good as it is reading it in a few hours. I like to focus on individual writing styles because I know that everyone writes differently so different things can be communicated in different ways and they are both awesome. br /

My strengths...hmm well I would say that my anal retentiveness would be a strength. I try really hard not to miss anything because I am so committed to being a good beta. I'm very good with grammar, diction, and in most cases spelling. In story mechanics I am pretty good with M rated scenes, general short scenes, weird things, fluffy scenes, and a variety of others.

I have a weakness of memory. I receive something and I acknowledge it, but I forget that I received it sometimes. I also, though I am working so hard on it, tend to think too highly of my work compared to others. This isn't all the time, however, I reality check myself a lot so it's not as bad as it was before. I'm also too nice to actually act on my narcissism.

I'm not too picky really. I don't have a preference as of yet, but as I stated early there are stories I'm good at understanding the mechanics of. I'm also a big huge fan of the heavily kinky M rated stories. I'm happy to read what others won't!

I wouldn't beta read stories that trigger me, like rape, non-con, and most horror. If you give me the general summary of the story I could tell you if it's triggering. Besides that I'm open for most everything.
