I am an avid reader who is always eager to read more of everything and to read different styles of work. I've been writing for a while and I usually proofread things by pointing out and/or highlighting the mistakes that I see with additional comments. I like speaking to the author after/during proofreading to discuss any questions or comments.

I have the simple expectations for those who wish to acquire my service - for them to be eager, dedicated, hard-working, and consistent in their work habits.

I'm open-minded to everything and anything - types of writing style, topics, themes - I am open to everything there is. I am a massive grammar freak and I tend to notice and point out mistakes that many others forget. My spelling is quite good, and I always finish things in time and get started on things right away. I do things to the best of my ability and try to take everything in from every perspective. I'm quite good at developing characters and coming up with possible plot twists, and I always re-read things a million times over - I guess you could say I'm a bit of a perfectionist.

I have certain periods of just absolute laziness where I am completely dull, uninspired, and as close to brain-dead as you can get. It can take hours, or days even, for me to feel inspired to work again. I don't do anything writing-related unless I am motivated/inspired to, and sometimes inspiration just doesn't hit as frequent as I would like it to. I can also be a pretty harsh critic, and I analyze everything like crazy. I also have a bit of OCD about things, especially when things aren't done in time, so I'm quite punctual and I expect others to be as well.

As I said previously, I am very open to everything. However, there are a few things that I enjoy more; specifically topics or themes that are on the darker side of things. It doesn't matter if it's angst, terror, adventure - things that are the opposite of fluff are things that I tend to prefer a little more. I love stories that take things to a new perspective and really delve into a person's psyche and emotions, as well. Any length or span is fine with me; if it's a one-shot or a series, I will dutifully follow you the whole way, helping out in any way I can.

I'm open to everything. But if your story uses some extreme abbreviation in every other word and uses the grammar skills of a three-year old, then I'm afraid that's where I draw the line.
