I haven't been a beta long, but I've been a part of this site for quite some time now, and I know what to expect and what's popular on the website. I'm not brutally honest, but I'm not afraid to tell you what I think. I won't outright say, "That was horrible." I'll something more like, "There are a lot of thing that could have been different like: blah blah."

I'm good with description and helping people get ideas across to readers without just saying it. I'm good with helping creativity and charcter devolpment. One of my strongest areas is dialogue. I love reading through it and helping it sound more natural.

When it comes to grammer checking, I'm probably not who you want. I can read through stories and find misplaced words on sentences, but I am not so good at looking at a sentence and saying, "Oh this isn't grammatically correct."

I personally am not very picky. I love reading pretty much anything. I don't mind if they're long, short, or odd. I love reading any kind of romance (gay or lesbian pairings are perfectally fine) and I'm a huge fan of humor. From a beta point of view though, I am best at helping with dramatic writing best. But as I said, I'm open to anything.

I'm not a poet at all, so that is not a catergory I can help you with. I also don't usually enjoy reading pairings of a hero and a villian. I'll read them, but I'd rather not. Another story I'm not a fan of humor stories that are just crazy. If there isn't a real plot, I don't want to read. So, crack-fics are not for me.
