I will try and do for you what I would want people to do when checking my work: be honest and frank in my criticism, but always polite and constructive. All I ask, is that anyone I beta for be ready and receptive to criticism. Of course, you might not always agree with my critique and that's totally fine, but I promise, anything I say will be designed to help your story.

My biggest strengths, I think are helping with tone and characterization, as well as helping to figure out the pacing of a story. Basically, I am a good second set of eyes for these things, which can be pretty subjective.

Grammar is not my strongest area, but, obviously, I do know the basics. Just be aware that I might miss some errors while reading.

The fandoms I am most familiar with (and thus will be the most helpful on) are on my profile. I like all sorts of stories, from long to short, adventure to day-in-the-life. My favorite genres, though, are action/adventure, fantasy, sci-fi, mystery, drama and the like, but I will read other things. Most of what I write myself is more on the dramatic side, but I like humor too.

I would prefer not to beta M-preg or lemon stories/scenes. This is just because I do not have the knowledge to provide helpful criticism, and isn't that the point of beta reading?
