Currently I am a full-time Undergraduate and fangirl.

I am well read in a number of different genres and am open-minded too.

I am a native English speaker and I have an A* in both GCSE English Language and English Literature and an A at GCE level English. I have a passion for history and science too and as a semi-direct result I am also willing to research and check time-lines and details of stories be they AU or canon-based. I also don't mind helping with historic background to stories, particularly when the author can't or hasn't time to look it up themselves.

Whether you are simply looking a brit-pick, spelling/grammar check or even a more thorough help with research, sentence structure, use of punctuation and paragraphs, or anything else, I'd love to hear from you.

I am good at brit-picking and spotting inconsistencies not just in the story I'm beta-ing but also in it's relation to the canon, and/or prior chapters, when applicable.

Having A* in my English based GCSEs and an A at GCE English I have a solid grasp of many writing techniques and styles as well as an extensive vocabulary. I only offer to beta within fandoms that I am very knowledgeable about. Hence I will have read/seen all the books, movies, tv episodes available in the canon and likely a lot outside it too.

I am also flexible when it comes to what stlye of beta-ing you and your story need. Anything from a once over to a detailed scrutinisation, just let me know.

Honestly... this might be my thoroughness again as I can be quite detailed, sometimes to the extreme. However if it is only a read-through and spelling/grammar check then that's okay and most likely can be done swiftly, university workload permitting.

That being said don't expect to get feedback immediately, I do most of my beta work Friday through to Sunday so if I get something on say, Monday, chances are I won't be able to read through it until the weekend.

On my author's bio, there is a list of my favourite fandoms and pairings. I am a young adult so I'll gladly beta an M rated story just as enthusiastically as a fluffy ones. (If not more when it comes to my OTPs) I like light-hearted, fluffy stories, and favourite genres on are Friendship, Family, Romance, H/C, and Humour; I do prefer stories not to be Tragedy or Horror at the core but glimpses are okay.

As I've said before I am really rather open-minded. If you have a story that I find isn't my 'thing' I will still do my best to provide a basic beta of spelling and grammar, perhaps with some short feedback. If something is well and truly a No-go, I'll update it here and give you my sincerest apologies.
