I have a lot of fandom boyfriends and as a result, I have read and currently read a large amount of Fan works. So as a result, I believe that I have a good grasp on what a piece of fan fiction needs to feel complete. As for my style of beta-ing, I like to be as efficient as possible, so when a potential writer gives me a chapter to work on, I will proof read it for any mistakes. Highlighting any changes and explaining why the change may have been made. I can keep an eye out for any loose ends in plots, smooth out dialogue, make suggestions on character/story development or just give suggestions in general.Expectations: (Writer's) I have two jobs, a child and twenty and one millions things to do during the week but my weekends are usually free. A short chapter may take me very little to review and can be expected back rather quickly. Some of the longer chapters may take the weekend but I can guarantee the fastest return I can possibly do.
Things I don't do: I won't do any M/M, F/F because it is not my area of expertise, though I have nothing against sexual preferences, and do not wish to offend anyone, so I rather be upfront. Although, I would not mind if it is plot relevant and brief.
