I like grammar a lot and I'm really particular about it.

Please don't expect me to beta-read stories that have terrible grammar. I mean, if you tried, then that's fine. It's quite easy to tell whether or not someone tried. But I don't want to beta-read stories that are filled with shortcuts (srry, lol, tnx, et cetera) because it implies that the writer hasn't tried at all.

You can't be a writer if you don't try.

Spelling is my forte. I'm also quite good at grammar, but I make more mistakes in grammar than in spelling.

I am blunt sometimes when it comes to a story. I am obsessed with grammar and spelling, and if I spot a mistake I'll be sure to point it out. But sometimes it ends up sounding mean. I do not intend that. And, oh. Prepositions. I hate prepositions. I'm not that good at prepositions. But I'll try my best to make up for all of my shortcomings.

Fluff, hurt/comfort, tragedy. They're my favorite type of stories. But if your fic is not in any of those categories, it's fine. I'll still beta-read your fic. Now, if your fic isn't in any category shown in my Beta Preferences - as in Harry Potter, Hunger Games, et cetera - don't expect me to check for OOCness or anything. I'll just check for grammar, spelling, and punctuation and that's it.
