Quite simply the first thing you should know about me. I love fanfictions, but I sometimes come across fanfics that are poorly written, and my mind begins to have a mental freakout. You could call it "being a grammar Nazi", but I would prefer to read something where spelling and grammar are completely lacking. My solution?br /

That introduction may sound pompous, but in all truth, that's why I wanted to be a beta-reader: to help people write better fanfics so that more people can easily enjoy /

If you wish for me to be your beta-reader, I shall gladly accept. I merely go through the fanfic, trying to find what errors I can. If you wish, I shall highlight what I correct and/or point out what you had problems with in a note at the bottom. If you require plotline help, I shall do my best to give suggestions and perhaps even write out the /

However, you must also be aware of a few things. If you wish me to beta-read a fanfic that can be described by anything in "Not My Cup of Tea" or goes against my pairings rule in "Preferred", I shall decline the offer. If your spelling and grammar is thrown completely out the window and I must beta pages of poorly written scenes, I shall refuse. I apologize in advance, but I have a life outside beta-reading, and if you do not take the time and care to correct your own mistakes, I will not take any of mine to correct your work.

I know differences between things like "you're" and "your"; "too", "to", and "two", and other common mistakes. I have a knowledge of proper spelling, and I have learned basic grammar skills. I absolutely love writing comedies, even though this might not be evident, and I can give writers who may not be proficient in this area a boost. I also seem to have a rather large vocabulary...

I am human; I am not always capable of detecting all errors (As seen in some of my other fanfics). Even though I have studied first year high school grammar in a reliable program, I do not always remember to use what I have /

Plot works:br /

I cannot develop a basic battle structure for you, seeing as I myself have never written a very good battle sequence as of yet. Besides fight scenes, I am no good at giving tips for kissing scenes (having never written one myself). If you described a scene as "teen" and I find it to be "mature", I shall not only be thoroughly displeased but also unable to correct any errors you have made.

I adore writing hurt/comfort stories, as well as romances (so long as there is nothing inappropriate) and comedies. If you have fleshed out the sequences, I can beta-read fight scenes and battles merely for additional spelling/grammatical content check. If you are writing a romance or any sort of pairing fanfic, check my list of favorite pairings to see if this pairing is on the list. If not, note me to see my opinion on the pairing first, as I would prefer to beta-read for pairings that I like (It is a common courtesy; if you liked OkiXAmmy I would not ask you to beta-read an AmmyXWaka fanfic).

As stated, I will not read mature fanfictions, especially ones with mentions of sex or other related subjects. Ido not beta-read girlxgirl; there are only a few boyxboy pairings I would beta-read for (most of which are in the Hetalia category). I also dislike overwhelming blood/gore; horror and suspense fanfics scare me, and I do not particularly care for character death (especially if it's a character I love).
