I am a grammar/plot continuity type of beta. I'm sorta hands-off. I'll make suggestions, but if it's working, I'm not gonna mess with it too much. I prefer one-shots, as I currently work 40-plus hours a week. I will read just about anything. See my profile page for a (nearly) full list of the fandoms I am willing to beta for, as my beta profile only has the select few I really enjoy and am very well-versed in. Number one on that list right now is Steven Universe, though I have added quite a few fandoms to the official beta profile.

I am very good at picking out all the little typos/grammatical flaws you may have, and I've been told my ear for dialogue is good, too. Oh, and I'm partially an editor by trade.

I do not comment as much as some other betas, and really prefer to only see work I know is not a complete trainwreck. I also have two jobs, so the speed in which you get your chapter back to you may lag a bit.

One-shots are good. Bad writing, with little care put into it before being sent off for proofing, will get little sympathy from me. I can beta lemons, too.

Please no 100,000 words stories. I just don't have the time.
